Every item at Pressure Tested Co is printed specifically for your order. That changes how returns work — and we’re going to be straight with you about it.
What We Cover — No Questions Asked
If any of the following apply to your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Item arrived damaged
- Significant print defect (fading, cracking, misalignment, color that’s clearly off)
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived
Send your order number and a clear photo to hello@pressuretestedco.com and we’ll send a replacement at no charge. No restocking fees. No lengthy back-and-forth.
What We Don’t Cover
Because every item is printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues (check the size guide on every product page before ordering — when in doubt, size up)
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color differences between your screen and the printed item (screen calibration and fabric dye interact — colors are close, not pixel-perfect matches)
This isn’t a loophole. It’s the reality of made-to-order printing, and we’re telling you upfront so there are no surprises.
Refunds
If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We don’t issue partial refunds on made-to-order items.
Time Limit
7 days from your delivery date. After that, we can’t file a claim with our production partner and our options become very limited. Don’t sit on a problem — contact us right away.
Gift Orders
If an item was sent as a gift and arrives damaged or defective, the recipient can contact us directly at hello@pressuretestedco.com. Include the order number if you have it, or the name and email address used to place the order. We’ll sort it.
