We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe and/or PayPal — both of which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification available.
When you enter card details at checkout, that information goes directly to the payment processor. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for reference.
6. COOKIES
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and track behavior across sessions.
What cookies do we use?
Essential cookies (required for the site to function):
- Shopping cart contents
- Login session (if you have an account)
- Checkout process data
- Security tokens
These cannot be disabled without breaking the site’s core functionality.
Functional cookies:
- Remembering your preferences (currency, saved items)
- Keeping you logged in if you select “Remember Me”
Analytics cookies:
- Google Analytics (if installed): tracks pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. Data is anonymized.
Marketing / tracking cookies:
- Meta Pixel: tracks behavior for advertising purposes (pages viewed, add-to-cart, purchase events)
- These cookies may persist for up to 90 days
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality (e.g. your cart may not save between sessions).
For Meta ad tracking specifically, opt out here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences
For general opt-out of behavioral advertising: https://optout.aboutads.info/
7. EMAIL MARKETING
If you subscribe to our email list, we will send you:
- New product drop announcements (every Friday)
- Occasional brand news and updates
- Promotional offers
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing emails only — transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent regardless of marketing subscription status.
We use MailerLite to manage our email list. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
In compliance with CAN-SPAM:
We will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
We will not use deceptive subject lines
We will clearly identify ourselves as the sender
We will include our contact information in every email
8. DATA RETENTION

Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 9.
Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is suppressed (kept on a “do not contact” list) rather than deleted, to prevent accidental re-subscription.
Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years for customer service reference.
Analytics data: Retained per the policies of Google Analytics and Meta — typically 14–26 months for behavioral data.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
All Users
You have the right to:
