Shipping Times

Before we get into times and carriers,
here’s the one thing that matters most:

Every item is printed when you order it.

We don’t pull your shirt off a shelf. We don’t ship from a warehouse. Your order triggers production. That means two stages — production and shipping — and both have their own timeline.

Plan for both. Don’t plan for one.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production: 3–7 business days

This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and prepare your item for shipment.

Business days = Monday through Friday. Weekends and federal holidays do not count.

Production begins the next business day after your order is placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your item leaves the production facility.

Note: During high-volume periods — holiday seasons, major sale events — production times may extend by 1–3 business days. We’ll note this on the site when it applies.

Shipping Times

– Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days after production

– Total estimated delivery window: 8–17 business days from order date

We know that’s not Amazon Prime. It’s the reality of made-to-order printing — and the tradeoff is a fresher product with no overstock, no warehouse full of unsold inventory, and no shortcuts on print quality.

Plan accordingly. Especially for gifts.

Shipping Carriers

Your order ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the production facility closest to you.

You don’t choose the carrier. The production facility assigns the most efficient option.

All shipments include tracking. Your tracking number arrives in your shipping confirmation email.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

No minimum. No code needed. Always.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
where offered by the production facility.

Important:

Expedited shipping accelerates the carrier leg only. It does not speed up production time.

If you need your order by a specific date:

• Check the current production estimate (3–7 business days)
• Add your chosen shipping speed
• Add 1–2 days buffer
• If that total exceeds your deadline — order sooner

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, and facility volume are outside our control once your item ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only.

International shipping is on the roadmap.
Subscribers hear first when it becomes available.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed to you when your item ships.

Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created — but carrier systems sometimes take 24–48 hours to show movement after label creation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Marked delivered but not received:

Check around your property first. Porches, side doors, with neighbors, with building management if applicable.

If it’s genuinely not there, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll file a claim and get it resolved.

Note on porch theft:

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier,
liability shifts to the carrier.
We’ll help file the claim — but we can’t guarantee
the outcome of carrier investigations.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders with multiple items may ship separately if items are produced at different facilities.

You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. This is normal. Your full order is on the way.
