PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY

(Not a legal substitute — read the full terms below)

  • By buying from us or using our site, you agree to these terms.
  • Every item is printed to order. We can’t accept returns for sizing mistakes or change of mind — but we fix our mistakes, always.
  • Our designs, characters, brand copy, and sayings are our property. Don’t copy them.
  • If you submit a design suggestion, you’re giving us permission to use it. We’ll credit you if we use it. We own the final design.
  • We’re not responsible for things outside our control — carrier delays, natural disasters, production backlogs.
  • Disputes are governed by the laws of [Your State].
  • We’re a small brand. We’re not trying to bury you in legal language. We’re trying to be clear about how this works.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website at https://pressuretestedco.com, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting any information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Exchange Policy — all of which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. WHO WE ARE

Pressure Tested Co operates https://pressuretestedco.com, an ecommerce store selling print-on-demand apparel and drinkware for the skilled trades.

Contact: Email: hello@pressuretestedco.com Website: https://pressuretestedco.com

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website and placing orders, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • You are providing accurate, current, and complete information in all transactions
  • You are not located in a country subject to US embargo or trade sanctions

4. PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND MODEL

4a — Made to Order

Every product sold on pressuretestedco.com is printed specifically for your order at the time of purchase.

We do not maintain physical inventory. Products are not pre-manufactured, warehoused, or stocked. Your order triggers production.

4b — Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately, including design images, garment descriptions, color options, and size guides.

Color variation: Colors displayed on screen are rendered in RGB. Printed colors are produced in a different color model. Exact color matching between screen and print is not possible or guaranteed. Colors will be close. They will not be identical. This is a characteristic of the printing process, not a defect.

Size variation: Garments are manufactured to the specifications of the blank provider. Minor variations in sizing between production runs can occur. Always consult the size guide on the product page before ordering.

4c — Product Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product in your order is discontinued after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4d — Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to pricing errors. We will notify you and offer a full refund if this occurs.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

5a — Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or violation of these Terms.

5b — Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The payment information is accurate and complete
  • Charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution

5c — Order Cancellation

Because production begins within 24 hours of order placement, cancellations may not be possible after an order is confirmed.

Contact us immediately at hello@pressuretestedco.com if you need to cancel. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before production begins. We cannot cancel orders already in production.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

6a — Production and Shipping Times

Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Standard US shipping takes an additional 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from order date.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the production facility, shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, public health events, or other circumstances outside our control.

6b — Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. We will assist in filing carrier claims but cannot guarantee claim outcomes.

6c — Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6d — International Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing for any future international shipments.

Full shipping terms are available at: https://pressuretestedco.com/shipping-policy

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our Returns & Exchange Policy is available in full at: https://pressuretestedco.com/returns-policy

Summary: Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered, or color variation between screen and print.

We replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged in transit
  • With a significant print defect
  • As the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size from our error)

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Contact hello@pressuretestedco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

6. COOKIES

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and track behavior across sessions.

What cookies do we use?

Essential cookies (required for the site to function):

  • Shopping cart contents
  • Login session (if you have an account)
  • Checkout process data
  • Security tokens

These cannot be disabled without breaking the site’s core functionality.

Functional cookies:

  • Remembering your preferences (currency, saved items)
  • Keeping you logged in if you select “Remember Me”

Analytics cookies:

  • Google Analytics (if installed): tracks pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. Data is anonymized.

Marketing / tracking cookies:

  • Meta Pixel: tracks behavior for advertising purposes (pages viewed, add-to-cart, purchase events)
